Meet Rita, a talented 2020, 16.1hh unraced Thoroughbred mare with the movement, jump, and brain to excel in multiple rings. Already boasting an impressive foundation.

Rita has successfully evented through Novice and made quite the first impression, winning her very first recognized event at the Starter level at New Jersey Horse Park with a 28 dressage score. She also spent a full season training in Ocala, Florida, gaining invaluable mileage at schooling shows and competitions that helped develop her into the confident, well-rounded horse she is today. Happily piloted around by an ammy rider the past year, she is forgiving and SAFE.

In the show jumping ring, Rita has competed confidently through 1m jumpers, consistently demonstrating scope, adjustability, and a careful technique over the fences. Cross-country, she is honest, and loves her job, while on the flat she is soft, balanced, and naturally rideable. With automatic lead changes, quality movement, and beautiful jump she also has all the ingredients to shine in the hunter ring.

What makes Rita especially appealing is the balance of talent and temperament. She is quiet and uncomplicated off property, trailers well, hacks out happily, and is the same dependable partner whether at home or away.
