Piquillo Puff

Piquillo Puff “Chile” is the kind of pony that makes you excited to walk into the barn every day.

This 2015, 14.2hh chestnut gelding is an unregistered pony with all the pieces to be a fantastic partner for the right rider. Eligible to be registered with USEF and obtain his pony card with his height, Chile is an athletic, forward-thinking pony who thrives when he has a job and someone to connect with.

After being on the back burner for the past couple of years, Chile arrived at Erika Nesler Equestrian and has settled into our program phenomenally. He has quickly reminded everyone just how much he enjoys having a purpose. He loves to jump, hacks out happily, and brings a fun, willing attitude to his work every day.

Forward but very rideable, has changes and on their way to being auto. Chile would be best suited for a petite adult amateur, junior, or kid in a program looking for a pony they can continue to develop and enjoy. He is the perfect “in your pocket” type—sweet, personable, and always happy to be part of the action.

On the ground, he is uncomplicated and easy to have in the barn. He is barefoot, an easy keeper, can be turned out solo or in a group, and is polite for cross ties, bathing, and hoof picking.

Cute, athletic, and ready for his next person, Chile is looking for a home where he can stay busy, keep learning, and be someone’s favorite pony.
